This look is the definition of beach meets the street. I love the soft fabrics and how they accentuate the swimsuit underneath. Also, I absolutely love the breeziness of the hat, and the added color with the broach is absolutely fabulous.

A few weeks ago I put together an outfit based on something Andy Bernard wore on The Office (specifically, season 6 episode 24) but I didn’t get to take photos! So I wore it again over the weekend and snapped some pictures to show you :)

If you’re not familiar with Andy (aka The Nard Dog) he’s a singing, acting, banjo-playing graduate of Cornell and paper salesman with a heart of gold who often dresses in really awesome colors that guys on tv (and in real life) don’t normally wear. Like a pastel pink shirt, blue tie and butter yellow sweater vest, for example!

Once I get organized and get my weeks planned out, be on the look out for the Office inspired outfits. It might be hard, but I’m willing to do it for fun…. THAT’S WHAT SHE SAID.
